Jack Balaban
PRESIDENT
Jack brings over 40 years of HVAC expertise, building his career across Canada since the 1980s. His deep product knowledge and strong customer relationships have been the cornerstone of EcoFoot’s growth and reputation. Based in London, Jack enjoys life with his wife, cherishing time with his granddaughter and staying active on the golf course.
Matthew Balaban
PRINCIPAL
From building custom putters for the Presidents Cup team to designing and manufacturing HVAC products, Matthew has always had a passion for craftsmanship and precision. With over 30 years of industry experience, starting in his family’s HVAC distribution business at the age of ten, he has built EcoFoot into a trusted name across North America. As owner, Matthew continues to blend innovation with strong customer relationships, guiding EcoFoot’s growth and reputation for over a decade.
Tammy Fazekas
Director of Operations
Tammy leads operations and personnel at EcoFoot, bringing more than 20 years of HR and accounting experience to the team. Her vibrant energy and meticulous attention to detail are cornerstones of EcoFoot’s leadership. Outside of work, Tammy enjoys family time, traveling to sunny destinations, cheering at sporting events, and keeping an eye on things alongside the company’s security manager—Blu, her loyal dog.
Ben Whiteside
REP MANAGER
Ben supports the EcoFoot Rep Network, which spans more than 50 dealers and 200 branches across North America. He holds a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University and, prior to joining EcoFoot in 2023, built his career in several business development roles. Known for his ability to foster strong relationships with engineers, reps, wholesalers, and contractors, Ben has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and on the golf course.
Bob Reid
ENGINEERING SALES
Bob began his career as an HVAC engineer in the 1980s after graduating from Texas A&M and has since built a career spanning more than 40 years in HVAC sales. At EcoFoot, he oversees all duct and pipe designs while continuing to manage key relationships within the U.S. rep network. Based in Houston, Bob is actively involved in ASHRAE, enjoys traveling with his wife, Kim, and spending time with family.
Ben Wilker
INVENTORY CONTROLLER
Ben oversees all orders and shipments from EcoFoot’s warehouse in London, Ontario. His attention to detail and deep understanding of customer needs play a vital role in maintaining strong retention rates and efficient lead times. Outside of work, Ben enjoys golfing, collecting Scotty Cameron products, and spending time with his family.
